（中央社記者顧荃台北22日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，政府是服務業，接受服務的人的滿意度，是評估局處長績效最簡單的方法，將請工會給勞動局長打分數，以及企業界給產業發展局長打分數，不及格就換掉。
全國商業總會理事長賴正鎰等人下午前往北市府拜會柯文哲，柯文哲致詞時表示，現在市府有舉辦「工商早餐」，利用週末上午舉行各產業的焦點座談，全國商業總會旗下企業也可參加，並指示幕僚留下聯繫電話。
柯文哲說，現在勞動局一年4次跟工會開會，要產業發展局比照辦理，舉辦定期會議（regular meeting），如一年4次，讓企業老闆或工商公會來登記參加。
柯文哲表示，現在也請工會給勞動局長打分數，產發局長未來也將由工商業者評鑑對局長的滿意度。

至於何時將全北市的局處長適用評分辦法？柯文哲表示，先一兩個局處試辦，由點而面，再慢慢擴散，「一下大規模辦，很容易出鎚」，試辦成功再推廣。
媒體詢問，若局長評分不及格如何處理？柯文哲回應「換掉啊，這是問題嗎？考試不及格就當掉。」1040622
